AirMedCare Membership Information

The City of Blue Ridge has partnered with AirMedCare Network to provide residents with a tremendous opportunity. As a resident, you are currently covered under a limited AirMedCare Network membership when transported by any AirMedCare Network Provider. The City pays for this service on your behalf. The membership is limited to the following exceptions:

• Transport must be from a pickup location in Fannin County
• If the covered individual transported is uninsured at the time of the transport, Med- Trans Corporation will bill the covered individual at the “Medicare Allowable Rate” for the transport.

DISCOUNTED FULL MEMBERSHIP! Residents are eligible to upgrade at an additional $45 per year ($35 per year for seniors age 60+), providing a $40 per year discount ($30 for seniors)

FULL MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

 • LOWER UPGRADE RATE provides full coverage for fights provided by Air Evac Lifeteam, Guardian Flight, Med-Trans Corporation, and REACH Air Medical Services.

 • FULL COVERAGE in over 320 locations across 38 states. Full memberships will ensure no out-of-pocket expenses for life or limb-threatening emergency transports from any network providers!
