How to Establish Water and Sewer Service

  1. Determine whether or not your location has existing utilities by emailing customer service.
  2. If you already have utilities available to your property (you already have a meter), then you will need to complete the appropriate “Residential Application” or “Commercial Application". You will need a picture ID and proof of ownership/lease to upload with your application. If you need same day service it may be available by contacting customer service at 706-632-2091 ext. 0 for details. A same day service fee may apply.
  3. If you do not have existing utilities at your property then you will need to complete the “Tap Application”.
  4. Once you submit your appropriate application, you will be contacted by a customer service representative by email within 1 business day to confirm receipt of your application and provide further instructions and payment details.
