How to Establish Water and Sewer Service
- Determine whether or not your location has existing utilities by emailing customer service.
- If you already have utilities available to your property (you already have a meter), then you will need to complete the appropriate “Residential Application” or “Commercial Application". You will need a picture ID and proof of ownership/lease to upload with your application. If you need same day service it may be available by contacting customer service at 706-632-2091 ext. 0 for details. A same day service fee may apply.
- If you do not have existing utilities at your property then you will need to complete the “Tap Application”.
- Once you submit your appropriate application, you will be contacted by a customer service representative by email within 1 business day to confirm receipt of your application and provide further instructions and payment details.
