City Clerk

Thank you for visiting the City Clerk's Office. The Office of City Clerk is dedicated to providing a variety of services to the public, City Council, and staff. We remain committed to being responsive to serving the needs of our community.

The City Clerk's Office is the custodian of all City records. This Office shall give notice of all meetings of the City Council and keep minutes of the proceedings. The City Clerk prepares all agendas. The City Clerk shall authenticate by signature and be custodian of Minutes, Resolutions, Ordinances, and other official documents. The City Clerk handles all requests under the Georgia Open Records Act.
