How to Establish Water and Sewer Service

Determine whether or not your location has existing utilities by customerservice [at] cityofblueridgega.gov (emailing) customer service (customerservice [at] cityofblueridgega.gov (customerservice[at]cityofblueridgega[dot]gov))
  • If you do not have existing utilities at your property:

    • Complete and submit the “Tap Request
    • Once you submit your appropriate application, you will be contacted by a customer service representative by email within 1 business day to confirm receipt of your application
    • A customer service representative will provide further instructions and payment details

     

  • If you already have utilities available to your property (you already have a meter)
    • Determine your property type and complete the appropriate application
    • You will need to upload the following with your application:
      • Picture ID
      • Proof of ownership/lease
    • Once you submit your appropriate application, you will be contacted by a customer service representative by email within 1 business day to confirm receipt of your application
    • A customer service representative will provide further instructions and payment details
    • If you need same day service, it may be available by contacting customer service at 706-632-2091 ext. 0 for details. A same day service fee may apply.
